Q: Is the Classic C1 Turbo Team good for pet hair?A: Yes, it features Miele’s TurboBrush for lifting pet hair from low- and low-pile carpets, plus sealed filtration for cleaner air.

Q: Is it effective on both carpet and bare floors?A: Bare floors absolutely. Our experience would be that is effective for low pile carpets and some area rugs as well. Medium-pile and thicker carpets need a power head.  So another Miele canister model might be a better choice for you. The vacuum comers with separate tools for both carpets (TurboBrush) and hard floors (Parquet brush).   

Q: Can the filter be upgraded to HEPA?A: Yes, simply swap in the HA-30 HEPA cartridge for added filtration.

Q: How heavy is the vacuum?A: About 13 lbs.
