Does the fan come fully assembled?

Yes. Every ES Series fan ships fully assembled and ready for installation right out of the box.


Does the fan include a power cord?

Corded models include a 9 ft. pre-wired 115V cord with a grounded 3-prong plug. Non-corded versions are also available.


Are the motors maintenance free?

Yes. The motor is totally enclosed, sealed, and maintenance free with thermal protection.


Can the ES Series fans be used with a variable speed controller?

Most models are variable-speed capable when used with a compatible speed control (sold separately).


What keeps the shutters from flapping in the wind?

A built-in tie bar stabilizes the aluminum shutters to reduce flapping and unwanted opening.
