Gently shake Lifting Toner prior to application. Mist onto the hands and press into the skin, or mist gently across the face, neck, and décolleté, avoiding the eyes. Use mornings and/or evenings after cleansing, or throughout the day to refresh skin. Allow Lifting Toner to air dry and absorb into the skin, prior to the application of serums or creams.
