Headbands are a wonderful alternative if you are not a \'hat person,\' or if you need a little less warmth than a thick beanie. I was fortunate to test knit this upcoming pattern with three rows of twisting cables. Cables provide textural interest, but all of that texture traps air, making the headband warmer.

It\'s knitted from Bath Yarns Sequoia, which is soft merino wool, hand dyed in Austin. This wool has been specially spun to be machine washable, but we suggest hand washing in cold water and dry flat. The colorway is called Love at First Sight.

The dimensions are 4 inches high, by 19 inches around, stretching to 24 inches
