Detailed information on Embroidered silk velvet - handmade gathered crown

Made from silk velvet, these delicious headbands are handmade by our seamstresses in our studio in Ireland.

They are embroidered with a scroll pattern in light gold / silver metallic threads. Please see the video to get an idea of how this shimmers.

Works beautifully as a finishing touch for wearing at parties, events, weddings, festivals or other special occasions.

These headpieces are approximately 6cm / 2.4 inches in height.

Wonderful silk velvet fabric (18% silk, 82% viscose). This has a wonderful sheen and touch that you don\'t get with cheaper polyester and synthetic velvets.

Embroidered to our own design in our studio in Ireland using high-quality German embroidery threads.

Genuinely handmade by our seamstresses in Ireland.

Sustainable. Everything is sewn for durability, NOT glued (as cheap headbands usually are). We want our designs to be used, loved and sustainable, not thrown away after a short time!
