HOT ! Matching Pair of Cast Iron Beds, MP59

A matching pair of Victorian single antique beds with unusual finials and beautiful decorated castings on the panels. These beds have been hand painted in our workshops in our blue verdigris finish. These beds were originally designed to commemorate the union of the United Kingdom in the late Nineteenth Century with depictions of roses, thistles and shamrocks.

The standard length of base and mattress for these beds are 75 inches (190cm), but we can lengthen the side irons to take the longer single size at 78 inches (200cm) if required. We can supply the bases and mattresses to fit.

The beds can stand together with zip-and-link mattresses to form a super king 6ft wide bed if needed.

You will need bed bases to support the mattress. Bed bases sit on the bedstead frame and can be either Firm or Sprung and come in different depths with a choice of covers.
