  • Contains 14% of calories as MCT (medium chain triglycerides) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid)

  • Ketogenic ratio: 4:1 ratio (fat grams: net carbohydrates (total carbohydrates – total fiber) + protein)

  • 100% enzymatically hydrolyzed whey protein

  • 14% of calories are from medium chain triglycerides (6 grams of MCT per serving) to promote stronger ketosis.
