Composition:

Maltodextrin. Produced in a workshop using: milk, soya, gluten, egg and fish.

Directions:

Before exercise: Prepare 1. 5 litres of cold water and add 3 measuring spoons (150g). Drink in small sips throughout the day. During exercise: Prepare 1. 5 litres of cold water and pour 3 measuring spoons (150g). Drink 2-3 sips every 10 minutes in anticipation of difficulties. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. As this product does not contain any preservatives, it is recommended to drink the drink once mixed during the day and not to keep it. Use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat. Close the jar between each use.
