The PrevaMatt® Alleviate by Joerns Healthcare mattress is designed for maximum comfort, support, and pressure injury prevention. It features a dual-layer foam design with a soft viscoelastic top layer and thatched cuts to improve pressure relief and body contouring.

A built-in heel slope and softer foam in the heel area help protect sensitive skin, while a firm perimeter adds stability for safer transfers. The mattress also includes articulation cuts that allow it to move smoothly with adjustable bed frames, reducing friction and shear. With a 500 lb weight capacity.

The Joerns PrevaMatt Alleviate mattress is available in three variations to suit different care needs:

  Standard Flat VersionFeatures a flat surface with a 4-way stretch cover and built-in fire barrier. Ideal for general pressure relief and comfort across the full mattress surface.

  TEMPUR® Material VersionIncludes all the features of the standard version, plus a TEMPUR® top layer for enhanced contouring and pressure relief. Best for users at higher risk of pressure sores.


• 
  Raised Perimeter VersionOffers the same 4-way stretch cover and fire barrier, with 2\" raised edges for added safety. Helps prevent falls and is ideal for users with limited mobility.

About TEMPUR

The TEMPUR® option on the PrevaMatt® Alleviate uses real TEMPUR® material from Tempur-Pedic® to improve comfort, reduce pressure points, and help treat up to Stage 3 pressure injuries. It’s ideal for patients at higher risk of skin breakdown.

• Joerns Healthcare warrants the PrevaMatt® mattress against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 5 years (2 years for Basic, 7 years for Alleviate), with a 1-year warranty on the cover; damage from improper use is not covered.
