This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) improper or inadequate maintenance, misuse, or alteration; (c) exposure to chemicals, liquids, or fading caused by exposure to sunlight; (d) repair by unauthorized representatives; (e) damage resulting from transit or handling; (f) transportation costs; (g) commercial, institutional, business, rental, or any other non-residential usage; (h) “as is” purchases including but not limited to floor samples, clearance items, going out of business or tent sale, close-out, or from a liquidator; (i) product purchased from a non-authorized Weekender™ dealer; (j) damage to any type of flooring or floor covering.

WHAT WILL WEEKENDER™ DO

Weekender™, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any furniture item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
