The Amanti Hexagon Pendant Lariat Necklace by Angie Marei features a hexagon and horn talisman pendant handcrafted in luxurious 18-karat rose gold and sparkling pavé-set white diamonds. The eye-catching diamond-cut cable style chain gets its name because the edges of the chain are cut at such an angle that light is reflected on the surface of the metal, creating a scintillating sparkle resembling the flash of a diamond. This necklace can be worn as a lariat necklace or wrapped around as a choker necklace.
